Services · Outbound lead generation

Outbound lead generation services built as a system you own.

We build outbound lead generation systems for B2B service businesses: a narrow list of accounts with a reason to talk now, sending infrastructure set up properly, email and LinkedIn sequences that stop on reply, and every interested reply routed to a person and your CRM. We can run it for you, or hand it to your team.

A steady flow of qualified conversations from accounts you chose, without putting your main domain at risk.

Part of Marketing & outbound systems

You’ll recognise this

  • Outbound was tried once, sent a lot of email and booked almost nothing.
  • Lists are bought in bulk and nobody knows why each person was chosen.
  • Replies land in one person’s inbox and the good ones go unanswered.
  • Nobody can say whether the problem is the list, the message or the sending.

01 What it’s costing you

The expensive part is the part nobody invoices.

Without outbound, growth waits for referrals and inbound to arrive. Done badly, outbound is worse than none: a burned sending domain, a damaged LinkedIn account and a market that has already ignored you once. For example, sending from your main domain without authentication can put ordinary client email in spam folders too.

  1. Lever 01

    Pipeline you choose

Conversations with accounts you picked for a reason, instead of waiting for whoever finds you.
    Moves: Qualified conversations each month
  2. Lever 02

    Cost per meeting

Narrow lists and short sequences, so time and sending capacity go to accounts likely to need you now.
    Moves: Cost per qualified meeting
  3. Lever 03

    Speed to reply

Interested replies answered and booked quickly, before the moment that made them reply has passed.
    Moves: Reply-to-meeting rate

02 Built for

Who brings us this work.

The people who usually start these engagements, what they are measured on, and the question they arrive with.

  • Agencies & consultancies

Founders and operations leads at agencies and consultancies running many clients at once.

Measured on: Margin per client, utilisation and retention

    • Every client lives in a different mix of tools, and account managers spend hours on status updates.
    • Reporting is assembled by hand each month, so senior people do junior work.
    • New business depends on referrals, because nobody has time to run outbound properly.

What changes: More billable hours per head and clients who can see the work without asking for it.

“We have tried tools before and the team went back to spreadsheets.”

We build around how your team already works, start with one workflow and release it early, so adoption is earned before anything else is built.

  • Founder-led B2B service firms

Founders of B2B service businesses whose sales and delivery have outgrown the founder’s inbox.

Measured on: Pipeline, win rate and revenue per employee

    • Leads arrive faster than anyone can answer them, and the best ones go cold over a weekend.
    • The CRM is half-filled, so forecasting is a guess and follow-up depends on memory.
    • Growth means hiring, because every process still needs a person in the middle of it.

What changes: A pipeline that answers, qualifies and follows up on its own, and a business that can grow without adding headcount at the same rate.

“We are not a tech company. Custom software sounds like a large, risky project.”

Engagements start with a short scoping sprint and a fixed scope for the first build. You see working software early and decide each next step on evidence.

03 Before and after

The same week, run two ways.

Today

  • Bulk lists with no reason to write
  • Sending from the main domain
  • Replies lost in one inbox
  • No idea what worked

With the system in place

  • A narrow list, each account with a reason
  • Protected sending setup
  • Every reply routed and answered
  • Lists, messages and sending measured apart

04 What we build

Outbound lead generation, designed around your work.

Target lists, sending setup, email and LinkedIn sequences with stop rules, and replies routed to your CRM: an outbound system you own, run with you if you want.

  • Micro-ICP and target lists

A narrow group of accounts that share one current problem, researched and checked, with the reason each one is on the list.
  • Sending infrastructure

Sending domains, mailboxes, authentication and daily limits set up and monitored, kept separate from your main domain.
  • Email and LinkedIn sequences

A few useful touches across email and LinkedIn, written for the trigger that put each account on the list, with stop rules on every reply.
  • Reply handling and routing

Interested replies sorted from the rest and passed to the right person quickly, with the conversation attached.
  • CRM handoff

Qualified conversations created as CRM records with source, account and message history, so outbound pipeline is reported like any other.
  • Run with you, or for you

We can run the system each week, from lists to reply handling, or train your team to, measured on qualified conversations either way.
  • Target accounts
  • Triggers and research
  • Email mailboxes
  • LinkedIn accounts

Outbound sequence system

Built for one business, owned by it

  • Personalised touches
  • Replies sorted
  • Meetings booked
  • CRM records

05 Working thesis

Outbound works as a system, not a blast.

Most outbound fails before the first message: the list is too broad, the reason to write is a guess and the sending setup lands everything in spam. More volume makes each of those worse.

We build outbound like any other revenue system: a narrow list with evidence, infrastructure that protects your domain, short sequences that stop on reply, and a clear path from an interested reply to a meeting and a CRM record.

06 How it runs

Working software early. Then the next step.

Phases, not promises: every engagement starts with a scoping sprint, and each step is decided on evidence.

  1. 01

    Weeks 1–2

    List, offer and setup

Choose the micro-ICP and trigger, build the first list, write the sequence and set up sending domains and mailboxes.

  2. 02

    Weeks 3–6

    First sends and learning

Small batches sent and reviewed, replies routed, and list, message and sending measured separately before volume grows.

  3. 03

    Ongoing

    Run and widen

New lists and triggers added as conversations prove the offer, run by us or by your team on the same system.

07 Built in-house

We build this for ourselves first.

Scribbify runs software products of its own. Each one is the same kind of work, tested on our own business before yours.

  • Prosvano · LinkedIn automation

Our LinkedIn and email outreach product: one sequence across both channels, sent from your own accounts, stopping when someone replies.

08 Build, buy or configure

An honest comparison.

Sometimes software you can buy is the right answer, and we will say so. This is how we weigh it.

What do outbound lead generation services include?
Choosing who to contact and why, building and checking the list, setting up sending, writing and running email and LinkedIn sequences, handling replies and passing qualified conversations to your team and CRM. We build all of it as a system you own.
Do you run the outreach for us?
Yes, if you want. We can run the system each week, from lists to reply handling, or set it up and train your team. Either way the accounts, domains and data stay yours.
Is automating LinkedIn outreach allowed?
LinkedIn’s User Agreement prohibits bots and unauthorised automated methods for sending messages and adding contacts, and accounts using automation tools can be restricted. Conservative limits and human approval reduce that risk but don’t remove it. If you can’t accept the risk, we keep the LinkedIn steps manual.
Is cold email legal?
Rules differ by country and by whether you write to companies or individuals. Our outreach guide sets out the US, UK and UAE positions we design around; your own legal advice decides what applies to you.
Will this put our main domain at risk?
We send from separate domains and mailboxes with proper authentication and daily limits, monitored for problems, so your main domain and ordinary client email stay protected.
Where does Prosvano fit?
Prosvano, our LinkedIn and email outreach product, runs both channels in one sequence from your own accounts and stops on reply. It suits many outbound systems; we design the list, sending setup and CRM handoff around it, or use other tools where they fit better.
How do you measure outbound?
On delivery, useful replies, qualified conversations and meetings, with the list, the message and the sending measured separately so you can see which one to fix. Not on open rates.
