Talk through your workflow

Where does the work get stuck?

Contact Scribbify and tell us what happens today, where it slows down and what you want to improve. You do not need a technical brief.

What happens next

  1. 01

You tell us what happens today

A few plain sentences are enough. Name the stage if you know it; leave it blank if you do not.

  2. 02

A partner reads it and replies

By email, usually with a few questions about how the work runs and who is involved.

  3. 03

    We talk it through

If it looks like something we can help with, we go through how the work runs with you and say plainly whether building or connecting anything is worth it.

  4. 04

Any next step is agreed first

If there is a case for working together, any scoping work is agreed with you, including what it involves and costs, before it starts.

Start with what slows you down

Tell us what happens today.

Your name, your email and a few sentences are enough. Everything else is optional.

For example: enquiries wait overnight before anyone replies, delivery re-enters what sales already collected, or the weekly report takes hours to put together.

We use your details only to reply to this enquiry. No newsletters, no list sharing. See our privacy policy.

Questions

Before you write.

What happens after I send the form?
A partner reads it and replies by email, usually with a few questions. If it looks like something we can help with, the next step is a conversation about how the work runs today.
What should I put in the message?
A few lines are enough: what happens today, where it slows down and what you would like to change. For example: “New clients are typed into three tools, and delivery still asks them for the same details.”
Do I need to know which stage to pick?
No. The choice is optional. Pick the stage that hurts most, choose “Across several stages”, or leave it blank and describe the problem in your own words.
Can I ask about one of your products instead?
Yes. Questions about Serpify, LeadSpidey or Prosvano can go through the same form, or to the address under Product questions on this page.
Will you tell us if we don’t need custom software?
Yes. If the answer is connecting tools you already have, a spreadsheet or software you can buy, we say so. Custom work has to earn its place.
