Services · AI agents

AI agents that do the work, with people approving it.

Custom AI agents and automations that answer enquiries, qualify leads, draft documents and route work inside the tools you already use, with a person approving every step that matters.

Capacity without headcount, and leads answered while they are still warm.

You’ll recognise this

  • Enquiries arrive after hours and wait until morning for a reply.
  • Skilled people spend their day copying, summarising and re-typing.
  • You have tried an AI chatbot, and it answered confidently and wrongly.
  • Every automation you have works until one step changes, then silently stops.

What it’s costing you

The expensive part is the part nobody invoices.

A lead answered the next morning has often already spoken to someone else. A skilled person spending half the day reading, summarising and re-typing is a salary paid for work software can draft. Both costs stay invisible until you measure them.

  1. Lever 01

    Speed to lead

Agents reply in minutes at any hour, ask your qualifying questions and book the meeting while intent is still high.

    Moves: Enquiry-to-meeting conversion

  2. Lever 02

    Capacity without hiring

Drafting, research and routing handled by agents, so your people spend their time on judgement and relationships.

    Moves: Revenue per employee

  3. Lever 03

    Consistent quality

Every reply follows your rules and tone, with its source shown and a person approving anything that matters.

Moves: Errors, rework and response quality

Built for

Who brings us this work.

The people who usually start these engagements, what they are measured on, and the question they arrive with.

  • Agencies & consultancies

Founders and operations leads at agencies and consultancies running many clients at once.

Measured on: Margin per client, utilisation and retention

    • Every client lives in a different mix of tools, and account managers spend hours on status updates.
    • Reporting is assembled by hand each month, so senior people do junior work.
    • New business depends on referrals, because nobody has time to run outbound properly.

What changes: More billable hours per head and clients who can see the work without asking for it.

“We have tried tools before and the team went back to spreadsheets.”

We build around how your team already works, start with one workflow and release it early, so adoption is earned before anything else is built.

  • Founder-led B2B service firms

Founders of B2B service businesses whose sales and delivery have outgrown the founder’s inbox.

Measured on: Pipeline, win rate and revenue per employee

    • Leads arrive faster than anyone can answer them, and the best ones go cold over a weekend.
    • The CRM is half-filled, so forecasting is a guess and follow-up depends on memory.
    • Growth means hiring, because every process still needs a person in the middle of it.

What changes: A pipeline that answers, qualifies and follows up on its own, and a business that can grow without adding headcount at the same rate.

“We are not a tech company. Custom software sounds like a large, risky project.”

Engagements start with a short scoping sprint and a fixed scope for the first build. You see working software early and decide each next step on evidence.

  • Ops, sales & growth leaders

Heads of operations, sales or marketing inside mid-size companies, with a mandate and no spare engineering team.

Measured on: Cost to serve, cycle time and cost per acquisition

    • IT has a long queue, and your team’s workflow is not at the top of it.
    • You are paying for overlapping SaaS that still does not match how your team works.
    • Leadership wants AI in the business, with no clear view of where it is safe and useful.

What changes: The system your team needs, delivered alongside IT rather than queued behind it, with security and ownership handled properly.

“Will it pass our security review, and who supports it afterwards?”

We build in accounts you control, document everything, work to your security requirements and either run it with you or hand it to your team.

  • Automations break silently

With the system in place

  • Every reply follows the same rules
  • Every action logged, with approvals

Working thesis

Where AI earns its place.

AI is worth using where the work is repetitive and the result is easy for a person to check: a reply, a summary, a first draft, a classification. It is a poor fit where one wrong answer is expensive and nobody is looking.

So every agent we build has an owner, limits and an approval step for anything that leaves the building. Autonomy is something an agent earns, one workflow at a time.

Built in-house

We build this for ourselves first.

Scribbify runs software products of its own. Each one is the same kind of work, tested on our own business before yours.

  • LeadSpidey · AI SDR for inbound leads

An AI SDR that answers inbound leads on WhatsApp and email, qualifies them in conversation and books meetings, at any hour.

  • Prosvano · LinkedIn automation

How it runs

Working software early. Then the next step.

Phases, not promises: every engagement starts with a scoping sprint, and each step is decided on evidence.

Our approach
  1. 01

    Weeks 1–2

    Pick the workflow

Choose one repetitive, checkable task, agree the rules and the measures, and design the approval steps.

  2. 02

    Weeks 3–6

    Agent in supervised use

The agent drafts and a person approves every step, so it proves itself on real work.

  3. 03

    Ongoing

    Widen what it may do

Approvals relaxed step by step as the evidence supports it; new workflows added on the same foundation.

Build, buy or configure

An honest comparison.

Sometimes software you can buy is the right answer, and we will say so. This is how we weigh it.

Questions

Before you write.

What is an AI agent, in practical terms?
Software that reads a situation, decides on a next step and takes it using your tools: replying to an enquiry, updating a record, drafting a document. Unlike a chatbot, it works inside your systems, and unlike a fixed automation, it can handle variation.
How do you stop an agent from getting things wrong?
By design rather than hope. Agents work from your own data, inside limits you set, and anything that leaves the business waits for a person to approve it until the agent has shown it can be trusted with that step. Every action is logged.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever suits the task and your data rules: models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or open-weight models you host yourself. We keep the agent independent of one provider so the model can change without a rebuild.
Is our data used to train AI models?
We use providers and settings that do not train on your data, and we can keep sensitive data in your own infrastructure. We agree data handling with you before anything is built.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we recommend it. Start with one workflow where the work is repetitive and easy to check, run the agent with full approval, and widen what it may do as it proves itself.
Do you build on n8n, Make or Zapier?
When they fit. Simple automations are often best on those tools. We write custom code when an agent needs real decision-making, its own interface, or reliability those platforms cannot give.
