About Scribbify

We connect the work that brings clients in with the work that keeps them.

Scribbify Media LLP builds and connects the systems service businesses use to win clients and deliver the work. We start from how your business runs today, then fix the handoff that matters first.

  • Bootstrapped, by choice
  • Three software products of our own
  • Start with one handoff

What we keep seeing

Winning work and doing the work usually live in different tools.

Your marketing, your inbox and your CRM handle getting clients. Your project tool, shared drives and spreadsheets handle the work. Each one may be fine on its own.

The business pays for the gaps between them. Context gets lost when a deal is handed to delivery. Replies wait because nobody owns them. Updates take a meeting, or a spreadsheet, or a call to you.

For example, a client explains their deadline in a sales call, and three weeks later the delivery team learns it from an angry email. Nothing broke. The information just never travelled.

How we approach it

Understand the whole journey. Fix one handoff first.

  1. 01

    Look at the whole journey

We follow how a client moves through your business today, from the first enquiry to the delivered work, and talk with the people who do each part.

  2. 02

Pick the gap that matters first

Usually one handoff costs far more than the rest. That is where we start, even if other parts could also be better.

  3. 03

Fix it with the least new software

Sometimes that means connecting two tools you already have. Sometimes it means building something. We explain which, and why, before we start.

  4. 04

Leave the next step to you

Once the first fix works in real use, you decide whether the next gap is worth fixing. Nothing commits you to the rest of the journey.

The connected model

Five stages, and what each one passes on.

The same five stages as on our homepage. The part we care about most is the handoff: the context and the responsibility that move with the client from one stage to the next.

Some people call this a revenue and operating system. We mean something simple by it: when a client moves from one stage to the next, the details and the person responsible move with them, and you can see where things stand without asking.

The founder and the company

Rachit Singh

Founder, Scribbify

Rachit on LinkedIn

Built by an operator who kept meeting the same bottlenecks, and started building the fixes.

Rachit spent more than a decade working across marketing, sales and service-business operations before he began turning the bottlenecks he kept meeting into software.

Scribbify began as a content writing agency. Client work showed where ordinary tools didn’t fit how a service business actually runs, so the first fix was built for ourselves: Serpify, a rank tracker that replaced manual rank checks, scattered reports and a weekly reporting routine.

We have built and run profitable agencies, and today we build and run Serpify, LeadSpidey and Prosvano. That is why we look at both halves of your business. We have had to find clients, answer them, deliver the work and report on it ourselves, with the same tools and the same gaps.

Scribbify is bootstrapped, by choice. With no outside capital setting the agenda, we answer to the businesses we work with and to the products we run: Serpify, LeadSpidey and Prosvano today, with more on the way.

How we got here

  1. 01

    Where it started

    A content writing agency

Client work showed where ordinary tools didn’t fit how a service business actually runs.

  2. 02

    As operators

    Agencies of our own

Running them showed us both halves: winning clients, then delivering and reporting on the work.

  3. 03

    Products

    Serpify, LeadSpidey, Prosvano

Search and AI visibility tracking, an AI SDR for inbound leads, and LinkedIn outreach, built and run by us.

  4. 04

    Today

    Connected systems for service businesses

Connecting how a business wins clients with how it delivers the work, one handoff at a time.

Operating principles

What we hold ourselves to.

These shape every engagement, whichever stage you start with.

  • 01

    Keep the tools that work

If a tool does its job, we connect it rather than replace it. Sometimes a spreadsheet or software you can buy is the right answer, and we will say so.
  • 02

    Build where it is justified

Custom software has to earn its place: a process your tools cannot handle, or a cost that keeps coming back every week.
  • 03

    A person owns every decision

Automation and AI carry the routine steps. Prices, exceptions and promises to clients stay with a named person on your team.
  • 04

    Measure the change

Before we start, we agree what should change, such as same-day replies or hours spent on reporting, and we check it in real use.
  • 05

Document it, and be clear who owns it

We document what we build. Who owns the code, the data and the accounts is set out in the contract; our usual approach is that they sit in accounts in your name.

Who it fits

Service businesses with a gap they can name.

We do our best work when three things are true.

  • You can point to the problem

Enquiries wait, delivery re-asks for the scope, or the weekly report eats an afternoon. It does not need to be precise yet.

  • Someone owns the outcome

One person on your side cares whether it gets fixed and can make decisions about it.

  • Your team will be involved

The people who will use the system help shape it and try it while it is built.

When we are probably not the right fit.

  • You need a brochure website and nothing behind it.
  • You want the lowest hourly rate for a fixed list of features.
  • The problem is standard and software you can buy already solves it.
  • Nobody on your side can give the work an hour a week.

Questions

About Scribbify, in a few answers.

What does Scribbify do?
Scribbify Media LLP connects how service businesses win clients with how they manage and deliver the work. We build and connect outbound and marketing systems, lead response and qualification, CRMs and workflow automation, client portals, internal tools and dashboards, and we run software products of our own.
Who does Scribbify work with?
Owners of service businesses whose sales and delivery have outgrown spreadsheets, inboxes and disconnected tools. For example, a consultancy whose delivery team re-asks clients for what sales already knew, or a firm whose enquiries wait overnight.
Do we have to start with a big project?
No. Most work starts with one gap, such as slow replies or a report built by hand every week. You decide whether to go further once that first fix works in real use.
When is Scribbify not the right company?
When you need a brochure website and nothing behind it, want the lowest hourly rate for a fixed feature list, have a standard problem that bought software already solves, or nobody on your side can give the work an hour a week.
How do we start?
Use the contact form to tell us what happens today and what you would like to change, or email us. A partner reads every enquiry and replies by email.
